Incontri turns a chance encounter into a relationship with Italian language and food.
Incontri invites you to share your passion for learning about the Italian language and cuisine in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
During each 4-week Incontri program you will take part in Italian cooking demonstrations and preparation of casalinga or "homemade" style dishes with recipes described in both Italian and English.
Learn the secrets to making pasta, gnocchi, polenta, pizza, and many other well-known and delicious homemade Italian specialities, and enjoy eating the food freshly made.
As we all know, at the centre of Italian life is food: enjoyment of food with family and friends is a pleasurable and multi-sensory experience.
Incontri recreates this atmosphere, as we converse in Italian while the food is prepared, absorb the flavours and textures of the ingredients used and enjoy the meal with a glass of wine afterwards.
At the end of the evening you take the recipes with you so you can recreate the dishes at home.
